ONLINE AND PHONE ORDERS
Start a Return: Please contact info@uncommon33.com to start a return. Our team will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped.
Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Uncommon_33 gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone or in stores for an exchange within thirty (30) days of original purchase. For your convenience, online and phone purchases may be returned to our store, if available. Refunds will be made in the form of an E-gift card unless we agree to credit a different payment type. All monogrammed, personalized, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A GIFT

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to an Uncommon_33 E-gift Card. In store, requests to return or exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. We will refund the purchase amount to a gift card or provide a credit to be used on a future purchase.
